Starting from East India a Cyclonic Circulation lies over Interior Odisha and a trough is extending up to Madhya Maharashtra. Therefore, we expect light to moderate rain and thundershowers with few heavy spell in Odisha. The weather of Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal is likely to be dry. The minimums of Bihar, Jharkhand and East Uttar Pradesh may rise marginally. In Northeast, Isolated rains are expected in East Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.
Up in the North in the absence of any significant weather system, the weather of hills, as well as northern plains, will remain almost dry. However, due to the presence of cold northerlies, the minimums will remain below normal. And the day will remain warm, sunny and comfortable.

Moving to Central India light to moderate rain is expected to continue in the southern districts of Chhattisgarh and Vidarbha region of Maharashtra. Isolated rains are also likely in Marathwada. Southeast Madhya Pradesh may also receive light rain at one or two places. Cold northerly winds will continue in Gujarat, West Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan.
Down South a Cyclonic Circulation is marked over Madhya Maharashtra and a trough is extending up to Odisha across Telangana. Due to these weather systems, we expect rain and thundershower activities in many parts of Telangana including the city of Hyderabad. Coastal Andhra Pradesh may also see scattered rainfall activities, While isolated light rain is expected in Kerala.The weather of Tamil Nadu, Rayalseema and Karnataka will remain dry.
