The Northern Hills have been seeing a series of Western Disturbances affecting just the Western Himalayan region. Moreover, during this time, these Western Disturbances get quite weak, and at present only weak systems are approaching the hilly regions.

These systems are not making an impact on the plains and no weather change has been seen due to these systems over the Northern Plains. These conditions are expected to remain so until the end of the month.

There are at present, weather systems in the form of Western Disturbances reaching the hills. These systems will continue to approach the Western Himalayas for almost about 8 days, and the hills will be affected mildly. Plains however, will be the least affected.

There may be a slightly stronger system affecting the Western Himalayas during the end of the month, that may cause some rains over the plains of North India.
