February 21, 2023 5:59 PM | Skymet Weather Team

The current Western Disturbance is clearing the region, its remnants are still there and are clearing parts of Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. Most of it has already cleared now,

For the next 3 days, the weather will be clear. From today until Feb 24, which means that a slight break is expected. Tomorrow, we can expect some thin layer of clouds across the plains, even over the national capital.

In the wake of the passage of the system, some northwesterly winds will start blowing over the northern parts of the country. With this, a marginal drop is expected over the plains for the next three days, which have risen well above the normal levels. Northern parts may see a fall in temperatures, particularly the Punjab and adjoining areas of Haryana.

The next system is expected around Feb 25, which will once again result in an increase in temperatures. The system will be confined to the hills itself and not cause anything significant over the plains.
