Bengaluru has been witnessing dry weather conditions for more than a month. Rain traces were last recorded on December 14. Until January 16, both the day and night temperatures were settling above normal levels. However, without any rainfall activity and increased temperatures, the weather during the day was mainly comfortable and pleasant during the night.

The temperatures dropped after January 16 and were recorded below normal or near normal until today.

As per weathermen, due to the absence of any significant weather system over the Southern Peninsula, the winds are dry and warm in nature. Hence, with dry and warm air mass, now a marginal increase in temperature is possible once again.

Presently, Bengaluru is recording 28.5 degrees Celsius as its maximum and 14.3 degrees Celsius as the minimum. It is anticipated that now the night temperatures would range between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, the day temperatures are expected to settle around 27 to 29 degrees Celsius.

The weather will continue to remain dry and bright sunshine would prevail during the day. The sky conditions are also expected to remain clear. The weather during the day would be comfortable with a slight warm feel towards the afternoon. However, it is not expected to be uncomfortable. The weather during the nights and mornings will remain cool and pleasant.
