However, night will be slightly colder with temperature dipping by 2-3 degrees and settling around 12°C or 13°C. Delhi will witness clear weather conditions with no fog and hence, we can expect no hindrance in the New Year's celebrations across the city.
Weather in Mumbai
Weather in Mumbai will be warm and humid. While, light sea breeze will be witnessed during evening. Day temperatures will settle above normal by 4 to 5 degrees around 36°C and night temperature is expected to settle marginally below normal around 15°C.
Weather in Bangalore
Day will be warm and sunny but night will be comfortable in Bangalore for the New Year's celebrations. Maximum temperature will continue to settle below normal in high 20s, while night temperature will also be slightly below normal around 15°C.
Weather in Kolkata
The city of joy, Kolkata, will enjoy comfortable day and cooler night. Day temperature will settle in mid 20s and night temperature will be around 15°C. There are very remote chances of any rain and thus people can celebrate New Year’s Eve without any hassle.
Weather in Chennai
Partly cloudy sky with warm and humid weather will prevail over the city but no rain is expected over Chennai. Maximum temperature will settle around 30°C, while minimum temperatures will be in early 20s.
Weather in Chandigarh
Sunny and pleasant day conditions will be observed in Chandigarh on the last day of the year. Maximum temperature will settle in early 20s. However, night will be cold with minimum temperatures settling between 8°C and 10°C.
