The hills of North India have been seeing Western Disturbances frequently. However, they are not as strong as they were in the previous months, which is common during this time.
In fact, even tonight, a weak Western Disturbance is expected to approach the Western Himalayas which will affect the state of Jammu and Kashmir both today and tomorrow. Tonight, the higher reaches will see some rainfall as well as isolated snow activities.
By tomorrow, mid reaches and Kashmir Valley will also see some rain and snow. However, no weather activity is expected in Uttarakhand due to this particular system while isolated stations of Himachal Pradesh may see some activity.
Another system is expected around March 12, which will be much stronger and will affect all the hilly states of North India
