All five sub divisions of Northeast Monsoon are all set to see good rains in the coming days. This is due to the system brewing in the Bay of Bengal, which has seen rapid intensification and has become a Cyclonic Storm, Mandous.
Rains will be impacting all the five sub divisions of Tamil Nadu which includes Puducherry and Karaikal, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, South Interior Karnataka, Kerala and Rayalaseema. The system will become absolutely close to the coast today.
Rains will continue over Tamil Nadu and spread over to Karaikal, Puducherry, and South Coastal Andhra Pradesh today. Rains will continue over these areas on December 9 but will also be seen over Rayalaseema as well.
On December 10, rains will continue over the aforementioned areas and begin over Kerala and South Interior Karnataka. On December 11 and 12 also, all five subdivisions will be seeing rains. It will be then when the system will have already moved deep inland and will be on the verge of crossing the Arabian Sea, the rain spread will be across South Peninsular India.
