Since last night, the rain gods have opened their gates and poured their hearts out on the maximum city with unseasonal rains. Mumbai has been dry for months now, the last time it rained in Mumbai was on November 22, 2015 and that too, a miniscule, 2mm.
Mumbai is the home to Bollywood, and Bollywood celebs are concerned when it comes to Climate Change they are pretty vocal about it. Since Mumbai and rains have this love/hate relationship so such a reaction was inevitable.
