Mumbai has been witnessing extremely heavy rains since 2 days.
In the last 10 hours, 298 mm of hefty showers have been witnessed by the Mumbaikars. These massive rains led to heavy traffic jams across the city. Mumbai local trains got delayed, water logging was seen almost every where. All the schools and colleges have been shut and due to the heavy showers. NDRF teams have been deployed for rescue operations. At present also rains are going on over the city. Rain intensity is likely to reduce by tomorrow afternoon.
