The fury of Chennai rains continues to wreak havoc on the city. Most parts of Chennai are inundated under flooding rains. In the last 24 hours, torrential rains to the tune of 183 mm were recorded by the Nungambakkam Observatory while the Minambakkam Observatory witnessed 141 mm of extremely heavy rains.
As Per Skymet Weather, moderate to heavy rains are expected to continue over Chennai and parts of Coastal Tamil Nadu region until November 7.
While traffic snarls and water-logged streets bothered Chennaiites, twitter erupted to showcase how the merciless Chennai rains have been battering the city.
