According to the latest weather update by Skymet Meteorology Division in India, the low pressure gave torrential rain in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday. The system will continue to give rain along the foothills of U.P and Bihar for the next 48 hours. Other than Uttar Pradesh, a trough brought good rainfall to the state of Andhra Pradesh as well.
