According to the latest weather update by Skymet Meteorology Division in India, rain occurred in many parts of the country in the last 24 hours with Karnataka coast being the rainiest off all. Heavy rain is likely to continue along the west coast of peninsular India for the next 48 hours. Rain could also increase in Odisha and Uttarakhand.
