After recording 81.2 mm of heavy rain, Dibrugarh in Assam topped the list of rainiest cities in India on Monday. According to Skymet Meteorology Division in India, rainfall has started to decrease across the country and the withdrawal of Southwest Monsoon is expected to begin soon.
