In the state of Gujarat in the last 24 hours, some stations have seen some good rains. During the last 24 hours from 8:30 am on Thursday, Deesa recorded 64 mm of rains, Porbandar saw 80 mm of rains, Bhuj 47 mm, Veraval 39 mm, and Surendranagar 27 mm.
Heavy rains are likely to be seen over Gujarat. Today, heavy rains over Coastal regions including Surat, Vapi, Valsad, as well as the tip of Saurashtra. Other parts will see moderate rains only.
Tomorrow, heavy to very heavy rains may be seen over Saurashtra, Kutch as well as South Gujarat. North Gujarat will still see moderate rains only.
The day after, rains will be confined to western parts and adjoining regions of South Gujarat. Naliya, Bhuj, Mandvi, Jamnagar, Okha, and Porbandar may see showers on July 9 as well.
