The eastern parts of the country have been reeling under dry weather conditions. As per Skymet Weather, cool northwesterly winds are blowing over East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and southern parts of West Bengal.

It is anticipated that northwesterly dry and cool winds will strengthen along the parts of Gangetic belts until next 24 hours. In the wake of these weather activities, temperature levels are likely to reduce and mornings will become colder.
As per weathermen at Skymet Weather, both minimum and maximum temperatures are expected to reduce over the states and will be recorded below normal. The minimum temperatures will range between 10°C to 13°C while, the maximum temperatures will settle around mid 20’s.

Mist and shallow fog will also prevail at many places across the above-mentioned regions. The sky conditions will remain mainly clear. Due to the absence of any significant weather system, the weather will continue to remain dry and sunny.
However, few clouds may hover across these states. The dryness level is also likely to increase across East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and southern parts of West Bengal. Weather across Kolkata, Lucknow, Patna, and Ranchi will remain dry and the mercury levels will reduce leading to cooler mornings and nights along with sunny days.
