In the presence of dry and cool northerly /northeasterly winds, both minimums and maximums have dropped marginally over Madhya Maharashtra, coastal stations and northern parts of Vidarbha during the last 24 hours.
According to Skymet Weather, these cool winds from north direction will continue to blow over the state for two more days. Thus, the weather is likely to remain dry with almost sunny conditions for the next 48 hours. Thereafter, with some systems again developing across the state, the wind pattern would undergo a significant change over Vidarbha and Marathwada region.
According to our Meteorologists, a Cyclonic Circulation will develop over Telangana and its adjoining area. This system is likely to shift further west direction. As a result, north/northeasterly winds will get replaced by south/southeasterly winds, thereby leading to a significant rise in the temperature, wherein mercury is likely to reach 38℃. Therefore, we expect mornings to be pleasant with light haze. Afternoon hours will be warm over the entire state in the coming days.
Let’s have a look at the weather across major cities of Maharashtra for the coming days-
Mumbai: Mumbaikars will witness pleasant days followed by comfortable breezy evenings.
Pune and Nashik: Both the cities will observe cool hazy mornings followed by sunny and warm days. Sky will be partly cloudy
Nagpur: The orange city will observe comfortable mornings and bright sunny days. However, afternoons will be hot and uneasy .
Solapur, Sangli, Kolhapur: These cities will record humid afternoons in the coming days.
