A strong intensity earthquake measuring 6.3 on the Richter scale jolted North India including Delhi-NCR around 4.35 pm today. The quake had its epicentre somewhere in Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir. Tremors were also felt in Punjab, Haryana and Uttarakhand
According to initial reports, there haven’t been any loss to life or property so far from any part of the country.
Tremors were also felt across Pakistan for about 8-10 seconds. Some of the major cities to feel the impact were Islamabad, Peshawar, Rawalpindi and Lahore.
