Delhi has been lucky in past two days as it witnessed weather that brought much needed relief from the summer heat. Pleasant weather, rain and thundershowers on Sunday were welcomed by Delhiites who took the weather as an opportunity to step out of homes and enjoy time with friends and family under a cloudy sky. The pre-Monsoon showers were also helpful in bringing down the temperature 4 notches below normal as it settled at 34.4°C.

A similar weather was observed on Monday as well, though the morning was sunny in comparison to the cloudy one on Sunday. Moreover, rain bestowed relief only in few places of Delhi yesterday.
