A fresh Western Disturbance is arriving anytime now and a Cyclonic Circulation over Rajasthan and adjoining areas. These systems combined will result in rain and thunderstorm over the North Indian Plains of Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, West Uttar Pradesh and Delhi. There is a possibility of hailstorm in isolated pockets as well.
Rains are expected to begin tonight in some parts. Tomorrow, i.e. on March 24, parts of Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana and Delhi will be seeing rains. On March 25, the rains will start to vacate Rajasthan but be seen in West Uttar Pradesh region. Rain intensity will be lesser on 25th as compared to 24th.
Cities of Gurdaspur, Amritsar, Pathankot, Fazilka, Ferozepur, Sri Ganganagar, Anupgarh, and other parts may be the ones seeing rains.
