The day temperatures in the Western Himalayan region, northern parts of northwest plains over Punjab, rest of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar in the Indo-Gangetic plains will be better due to relatively cool northerly winds and partly cloudy to cloudy sky under the influence of the passing Western Disturbance from Jammu & Kashmir.
