Leaders from the 10 ASEAN nations -- Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, The Philippines, Singapore, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos and Brunei would grace the annual event which is held at Rajpath, New Delhi.
ASEAN is the Association of Southeast Asian Nations. Massive preparations have been made by 100-odd government agencies. Leaders would be present on a stage enclosed with a wide bullet-proof glass.
Weather also seems to be conducive for the event. Morning hours would be slightly chilly with mercury hovering around 6°C-7°C and some moderate fog. However, by the time chief guests would arrive at the venue, the cold conditions would have eased out.
Sun would come up by 10 am and temperatures would increase steadily and visibility would also improve significantly. Thus, fog would not play a spoil sport in the celebrations.
Rains would definitely not a chance and weather will not be hindrance in anyway be it spectators, chief guest, parade or flypast.
Day would be warm and comfortable. Visitors would enjoy the parade amid sunshine with bit of the chill in the air. Thus, weatherwise, this would be best weather condition for the gala event.
Let us have a look at the ASEAN leaders who will be present at the Republic Day 2018 parade:

Lee Hsien Loong, Prime Minister of Singapore
Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Prime Minister of Vietnam
