As per weathermen at Skymet Weather, moderate showers are likely over many parts of South and Southwest parts of the state along with Central Rajasthan including Udaipur, Chittorgarh, Barmer, Mount Abu, Jaipur during the next two to three days.
These weather conditions are attributed to two weather systems persisting over the region. One of them is a trough running from West Rajasthan to eastern parts and another system is a low-pressure area over Saurashtra and Kutch adjoining Northeast Arabian Sea.

Due to this low-pressure area, moderate southwesterly winds from Arabian Sea are pushing moisture over Rajasthan. Good rains are expected to continue during the next two to three days. Due to these rains, Monsoon is expected to cover almost the entire country including most parts of Rajasthan.
