According to Skymet Meteorology Division in India, two approaching weather systems will bring relief from soaring mercury. An approaching Western Disturbance combined with a cyclonic circulation that is prevailing over central Pakistan and adjoining area will pull the temperatures down.

Maximum temperatures will not see any rise on Wednesday. Though they will register a marginal drop on Thursday. However, there will be a significant drop in temperatures May 8 onwards as cyclonic circulation will become more marked. Scattered to light rain is also expected in the wake of the weather systems.
