The month of April brought some good rainy days for the southeastern states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. However, on comparing the two, the pre-Monsoon rains over the first has been widespread while the latter just saw one or two rainy occurrences.
While rains over Andhra Pradesh have taken a backseat for the past 48 hours, parts of Telangana had still recorded some traces of rains.

The city of Nizams, Hyderabad has been lucky enough to record on and off showers ever since April began. There was just a single occasion with a dry day for the capital of Telangana.
In the last 24 hours, from 08:30 am on Friday, Hyderabad recorded 23 mm of rains meanwhile Medak witnessed 6 mm of rains.
As per Skymet Weather, at present, the weather conditions are conducive for some more rains to occur over Telangana, meanwhile, rains over Andhra Pradesh would also revive.

Due to the moisture incursion over Andhra Pradesh and Telangana from the Bay of Bengal, the instability has occurred over the area. In the wake of this, scattered rain and thundershowers are likely over Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in the next 24 hours.
The districts, particularly, the north-coastal stations of Andhra Pradesh may record some scattered showers. On the other hand, the remaining parts of the state may get to record some isolated spells. Parts of North Telangana may also receive rain and thundershowers.
Moreover, these rains would continue for the next 24 hours.
