The state of Maharashtra has been seeing some good rainfall activities for the past few days. So much so that the city of Mumbai recorded a whopping 94 mm rains in the last 24 hours.
For other parts of the state, Chandrapur recorded 54 mm of rains, Nanded saw 36 mm, Gondia 13 mm, Washim 12 mm, Sholapur 28 mm, Nashik 7 mm, and Pune 9 mm,
These rains are attributed to the system in the form of a Cyclonic Circulation, which is over land which will continue to give rains over many parts of Maharashtra in the coming two days. Thereafter, another system is coming up in the Bay of Bengal, which will furthermore give more rains over more parts of Maharashtra in the coming days.
