Rains in Kerala have been continuing with moderate showers making an appearance. Kerala is the only pocket to be seeing good rains in the entire country. Other parts of the country including North, Central and East India are dry. Talking about South India, some parts have been seeing light rains only. Kerala on the other hand has been seeing good rains.
The reason for these rains can be attributed to Cyclonic Circulation far to the west of Arabian Sea but it is driving wind flow, purely easterlies. A feeble trough is also running along the coast.
On November 28 and 29, we can expect some moderate showers again which will be becoming light on 30th. There is expected a short break on 1st and 2nd. May pick up again around December 3, which will be due to a fresh weather system forming soon.
