The city of Bengaluru is set to see light to moderate rains for the next four to five days. So far, in March, the city of Bengaluru has seen over 8 mm of rains against its monthly mean of 14.7 mm of rains. Due to the upcoming rains, the number is definitely expected to increase further and even surpass it.
The reason for these Pre Monsoon rains can be attributed to the Cyclonic Circulation over central parts of Peninsular India somewhere over South Interior Karnataka and adjoining Rayalaseema region and finding good amount of moisture from the Bay of Bengal.
Rains are expected on March 24 and last until March 27. On March 24 and 25, light rains are expected while on March 26, the city can see some moderate rainfall activity.
