Although the rain intensity may decrease by September 29, isolated light rains will continue thereafter as well. We expect on and off rains to continue over Gujarat until the first week of October.

This year, Monsoon remained active over Gujarat during the entire Monsoon season. The three three months of July, August and September witnessed good rains. Both the regions of Gujarat as well Saurashtra are running rain excess as of now.
