It has been raining in Bengaluru for the last few days. According to the records, the city has received 11.1 mm rains in the last 24 hours. More rains are expected in the city for the next 48 hours. These rains will be mainly light to moderate in intensity. The rains will decline thereafter. These rains will be experienced mainly in the evening and night hours.
Meanwhile, the mornings will be hazy, and the weather will be mainly pleasant in the city. Further forecasts predict mainly pleasant weather with day temperatures between 27 to 28°C and minimums between 17 to 18°C. Humidity will remain high throughout.
As a pattern, the month of November is supposed to be the rainiest for South India. However, this is not true for the region of South Interior Karnataka as well as Bengaluru. On the contrary, September is usually the rainiest for the region, followed by October, November and December which is nearly dry.
The city receives an average normal rainfall of 49 mm in November. This time it has already exceeded its average rainfall figure as the city received 50 mm rains on November 10. There have already been two instances of significant rains in the month so far.
