Rain threat looms as CBSE Boards Exam fever grips India

The D-Day is here as the CBSE Boards examination will start off from tomorrow onward. And amidst gloomy skies over major parts of the country, Boards exams to start off are likely to start off on a rainy note for both class 10 and 12. Be it the eastern part of the country or the southern or the capital itself, rainfall is likely show its presence tomorrow.

At present many areas of the country are witnessing good amount of rainfall. Kolkata is one such place which is witnessing continuous downpour. Heavy pre-Monsoon rains have lashed Kolkata today as well. The city recorded a whopping 42 mm of rain in span of mere 3 hours. Although such weather conditions are likely to mellow the weather.

Delhi is also likely to witness some more rainfall tomorrow as well. These rains over Delhi will be light in nature but on March 10 and 11, the intensity is likely to spread over many more areas of the capital.

Bhubaneswar along with many other areas of the state Odisha will see good rainy spells. Intermittent rainfall is likely to continue over many parts of the state. By March 11 and 12, intensity of rainfall is likely to be more over the region.

Down south, Bangalore has been witnessing rainfall for last 2 days and more rains are likely to drench the city in the days to come. The rainfall over the city has been stupendous enough to break a 10 year old record.

Major cities like Hyderabad and Chennai are expected to witness light showers tomorrow.

With such weather in place, the anxiety and jitters among the young is likely to increase. But it is important for the kids to remember that this examination won’t matter in the long run.
