An induced cyclonic circulation has formed over the western parts of Rajasthan, which will gradually move eastwards. Light rain activities are expected to commence over western parts of Rajasthan by late afternoon, today.
Parts of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and West Uttar Pradesh may also receive scattered rain by late night today or early morning of February 9. There are chances of isolated hailstorm activities over parts of Uttar Pradesh as well.
The weather will start clearing up by February 10. Day temperatures are expected to drop by 2-4 degrees over rain affected areas. Minimum temperature may increase further during next 24 hours and fall thereafter.
