The state of Madhya Pradesh has been witnessing good rains for the past few days. In fact, three digit rains have lashed Mana in the last 24 hours. In a span of 24 hours from 8:30 am on Friday, Mana saw 107 mm of rains, Bilaspur 46 mm, Seoni 19 mm, Pachmarhi 41 mm, Sagar 22 mm, Bhopal 15 mm, Chhindwara 7 mm, Narsingpur 5 mm, and Raisen 4 mm.
Now, as per weathermen, rainfall activity is expected to continue over the state of Madhya Pradesh during the next 24 hours. Heavy rains may be seen over the southern districts of Madhya Pradesh including Indore, Dhar, Khargone, Ujjain, Hoshangabad, Jabalpur, Mandla, Betul, and Seoni.
Other parts of the state of Madhya Pradesh will see moderate showers. These rains will occur in association of the Low Pressure Area which is currently over the state of Odisha and is moving westwards. Adjoining parts of Vidarbha will also see heavy rains due to the same weather system during the same time frame.
In fact, these rains over the state of Madhya Pradesh are expected to continue for at least the next four to five days with no relief in sight. The state has been seeing continuous rains with very little break for quite some time now.
