Bengaluru rains have made a comeback again, paving way for extremely pleasant weather conditions. All thanks to the trough extending from Maldives to North Karnataka while passing through interior parts of Tamil Nadu. Due to this, rain and thundershower activities were forecast yesterday by Skymet Weather over Kerala, South Karnataka and adjoining Tamil Nadu. And rightly so, rains have has already begun over Bangalore. Lightening along with squally winds are being observed over a few pockets.
Not only this, other areas of the aforementioned states are also reporting rain and thundershowers of varying intensity.

Weather in the next 12 hours
The sky will remain cloudy over the period of next 12 hours at most places of the city. These rain and thundershower activities are likely to cover other major cities like Coimbatore, Coonoor, Ooty and Kozhikode, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram during the next 12 hours. Light to moderate rain and thundershower activities with strong gusty winds are expected at many places over the entire South India. The weather activity will reduce thereafter.
In the next 24 hours, rainfall activity will reduce in parts of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala. However, scattered light rains will continue over Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
