Rainfall activity did increase further, and moderate showers were witnessed over the city of Hyderabad yesterday. In the last 24 hours from 8:30 am on Sunday, Hyderabad recorded 13 mm of rainfall. In fact, parts of the city also observed hailstorm activity.
These weather activities were attributed to the cyclonic circulation which was persisting over Telangana and adjoining areas. A trough was also extending across the state of Telangana. While the cyclonic circulation has moved towards Chhattisgarh, the trough continues to remain in proximity of Telangana.
Thus, as per weathermen at Skymet Weather, the city of Hyderabad is expected to continue receiving rain and thundershower activities. These rains will occur during the late afternoon and evening hours. As far as the temperatures are concerned, they will continue to settle in the high 30s.
