Rain couldn’t deter the spirits of love-struck couples in Delhi

February 15, 2014 7:47 PM |

People residing in North and East India observed a rainy Valentine’s Day. A cloud cover and intermittent rain in Delhi set the perfect backdrop for a display of affection on the ‘love-struck’ day. Rain couldn't deter the spirits of couples in love on the Valentine’s Day. Restaurants, bars and lounges, movie halls and India Gate holds testimony to this fact and florists just validated it. Couples were seen roaming around the streets, exchanging gifts and of course, roses! Restaurants across the city kept the colour of love, red in mind to attract customers and most of them were chock-a-block. SPA outlets played the trick by offering discounted prices on couple SPA’s.
