Although almost the entire state has witnessed a significant drop in the minimums Vidarbha and Marathwada region wore the brunt of being cooler than the Konkan and Madhya Maharashtra region.
As per Skymet Weather, the reason for such a drop-in minimum over parts of Maharashtra is the persistent flow of dry and cool winds from the North direction. This is the prime reason why most parts of Maharashtra are even cooler than Delhi and NCR.

However, now the night temperatures are once again expected to start rising because of the Western Disturbance which will affect the northern plains from November 13 onward. This Western Disturbance will induce a cyclonic circulation over parts Haryana and adjoining parts of Punjab resulting in rains in most parts of Northwest India including Delhi and NCR.
Due to this, the flow of northerly winds towards Maharashtra will be obstructed. Moreover, a well-marked low-pressure area is also moving across the east coast, therefore, the easterly winds from the Bay of Bengal may also reach over parts of Vidarbha and Marathwada leading to a rise in temperatures by 2-3 degrees Celsius. However, the maximums will continue to remain in lower 30’s
