According to Skymet Weather, a feeble cyclonic circulation has been persisting over Northwest Uttar Pradesh, while another circulation is over Northeast Rajasthan and adjoining West Uttar Pradesh. Both the systems have been attracting easterly winds over most parts of the state.
Henceforth, in wake of these combined weather systems, we expect isolated dust storm, thundershower and light rain activity over west and central parts of the state during the next 24 hours. Thereafter, many districts of east and central Uttar Pradesh will also start receiving pre-Monsoon rain and thundershower activities.
Districts such as Bahraich, Lakhimpur Kheri, Gorakhpur, Lucknow, Kanpur, Sultanpur, Varanasi, and Allahabad are likely to record pre Monsoon activities in the next few days.
True to its nature, these pre-Monsoon activities will mostly occur during the later parts of the day. During the pre-Monsoon season, whenever moisture is available and the temperatures increase, thunderclouds tend to build up. These weather phenomena’s result in thunderstorm and thundershower activities along with the strong winds.
These on and off weather activities are expected to continue Until April 10 or April 11. The weather activity will keep the day temperatures under check or marginally below normal. In fact, the minimum temperatures will also fall marginally leading to pleasant weather during the morning and evening hours. However, temperatures would rise gradually once again when the weather will clear up.
