Well this is not as conditions remain favourable for more light rain and thunderstorm activities. However, these activities will not be widespread and will occur for a short duration only.
True to their nature, the time of occurrence would be during the late afternoon and evening hours. Thus, not impacting the weather that will continue to be very hot and uneasy during the daytime.
The maximums temperatures would settle in the range of early 40s to mid 40s in most places including of Telangana including Hyderabad. At present, a trough is extending from Haryana to Marathwada. Therefore, we expect these isolated activities to occur over Telangana.
As per weathermen, the intensity of the pre-Monsoon rain is expected to increase around May 25 and 26. This can be attributed to a Low-Pressure Area that is expected to form in the Bay of Bengal around May 21 or May 22 and is likely to move towards Andhra Pradesh coast.
This system is expected to affect Telangana in terms of increased clouding, rain, and thundershower activity. In fact, the maximum temperatures may also fall by 2°C to 3°C during that time. Until then, no relief is expected from the scorching heat over Telangana.
