Northwestern parts of the country including Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan are pockets in the plains that are active. Yesterday also, dust storm along with thunderstorms had been observed in pockets.
Today, these weather activities are expected to continue and even be seen tomorrow. Cities including Pathankot, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Patiala, Barnala, Bathinda, Ferozepore, Ambala, Karnal, Sirsa, Rohtak, Ganagnagar, Hanumangarh, Anupgarh will be the ones witnessing light rain, thunderstorm as well as dust storm activities. We can expect activities to be more as compared to yesterday.
Thereafter, there is likely to be a break in between thereafter. Temperatures have dipped a little due to this activity, but we can expect that the temperatures may rise and once again be in the 40s.
