Night temperatures in Delhi are expected to remain below normal during the next two to three days. Delhi recorded 17.6 on Sunday that would further dip to 16 degrees by the start of the next week. The minimum temperatures in Delhi will remain between 15 to 17 degrees in the coming few days.

Mornings will be cooler with northeasterly winds from the Himalayas sweeping across north and some parts of central and east India. Day temperatures in these areas will remain in the starting thirties but easterly presence in the higher levels of the atmosphere will also keep the moisture intact.

Winds over east India like Bihar, sub-Himalayan West Bengal are still easterly but weather could change with the weakening of trough between sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Jharkhand during the next two days. Nights in south central Peninsula over Vidarbha, south Madhya Pradesh and south Chhattisgarh will be partly cloudy.

Morning hours in southern India will remain humid as rain is expected in southern Peninsula owing to a low pressure area in southwest Bay of Bengal. As the system moves westwards, rain will further intensify over Tamil Nadu and will also reach entire southern Peninsula over Kerala, Karnataka and south Maharashtra in coming few days.
