Bangalore is famous for a lot of things, but one feature that has become synonymous to the city is the pleasant weather that the city has to offer. At present, Bangalore is enjoying pleasant weather again due to persistent rainfall over the city.
Since last Tuesday, the garden city has been witnessing rainfall. In fact on Tuesday itself the city recorded a whopping 38 mm of rain. This rainfall figure happens to be the highest in the last ten years.
At present, the weather system that is affecting the region is a trough that is persisting from Telangana to South Tamil Nadu across Karnataka. Due to this trough a cyclonic circulation is expected after 24 hours Deccan region.
Thanks to these weather systems, many parts of south Karnataka may receive light rain and thunderstorm. This includes the city of Bangalore wherein light rain and thundershowers are expected in next 48 hours.
The afternoon hours are expected to be hot but late afternoon and evening hours is expected to get the rains activity. Morning weather is expected to remain pleasant and mainly clear sky is likely to prevail.
