The states of Bihar and Jharkhand will finally get rid of dry weather conditions that have been gripping the states since last many days.
According to Skymet Weather, on March 26, a Trough is likely to form across Uttar Pradesh up to Bihar, which will result in rains over the parts of Bihar and Jharkhand on the same day.
Places such as Patna,Gaya, Bhagalpur, Purnea in Bihar, while Daltonganj, Palamu andRanchiin Jharkhand will get the touch of these rains.
These rains will be patchy, short lived and will spare most parts of Bihar. Due to the limited excess of these rains, only few pockets of both the states will be covered.
On March 27, as the above Trough will start weakening, weather will gradually start clearing up over the states. However, its remnants might continue rains over some parts Bihar and eastern parts of Jharkhand on March 27 as well.
Moreover, in wake of increased cloud cover and subsequent rains, the day temperatures will fall by 2℃ to 3℃ over both the states.
After March 27, the Trough will get completely in-operational. Thus, the weather will gradually start clearing up. Further, clear sky and bright sunshine will take over the region, thereby leading to a significant rise in the temperatures.
