Amritsar, Delhi, Hisar, Karnal, Muzaffarnagar and Chhattisgarh were amongst the several places that witnessed single digit minimum temperatures during November, offering a cool November to people.

National capital, Delhi, too set a record when minimums confined to single digit for more than 10 days in November.
