Northern parts of the country including the hills and the plains have been seeing some Pre-Monsoon rainfall activities, which has resulted in a reduction in the temperatures across the regions. Many parts have been seeing maximum temperatures around 7-10 degrees below the normal levels, which have resulted in pleasant weather conditions.
Now also, we can expect both the hills and the plains to continue receiving rain and thundershowers around until May 4. Parts of Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan as well as the hilly regions may see some intense rains until then. Delhi NCR may also see rainfall during this period.
There may be a slight break in between on May 5, with showers reducing. However, rainfall will once again pick up around May 6 and will continue until May 7. Thereafter, clearance will start to show signs from May 8 and on that day, only isolated pockets of the northern side may see some showers. After that, we can expect the weather to clear up and temperatures to witness some rise.
