No weather activity over Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh for the next 48 hours, scattered rain and thundershower thereafter

During the last 24 hours, eastern parts of Madhya Pradesh and many parts of Chhattisgarh have received light to moderate rain and thundershower activities.

Southeast Madhya Pradesh also recorded scattered rains. In fact, during the last few days many districts of West and North Madhya Pradesh have recorded rain and thundershower activities. Due to these rains, day temperatures have dropped over these areas and maximum temperatures are below normal 8 to 12 degrees Celsius over West and northern districts of Madhya Pradesh. The temperatures of Chhattisgarh are also slightly below normal.

Now we do not expect any weather activity over Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh for at least the next 48 hours. Thereafter a Confluence zone will develop over south Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. And there are chances of scattered rain and thundershower activities over southern districts of Madhya Pradesh and South and Central districts of Chhattisgarh. These rain activities are expected between March 31 and April 1.

Thereafter weather will become dry once again. Now temperatures of Madhya Pradesh are increasing, and we expect in the next 2 to 3 days, the day temperature will become near normal.

Unseasonal rains will come to an end after April 1st. And thereafter we do not expect any significant weather activity for at least the next one week or so.
