Chennai Rains were quite hefty two days ago. So much so that three-digit rains were seen over parts of the capital city of Tamil Nadu. These rains were attributed to the presence of a low-pressure area in the Southwest Bay of Bengal.
However, rainfall activity did take a backseat and now only light rains were witnessed over the city. These light rains are expected to continue over Chennai for another two days after which dry weather will persist over the city on December 1 and 2.
