The clear sky coupled with light breeze will welcome nearly 35,000 people expected to attend the October 31st swearing-in function of the new Maharashtra Chief Minister and ministers at Wankhede Stadium.
Devendra Fadnavis will take oath in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The slightly cool temperature of 29 ºC is expected to keep the weather pleasant for visitors and for 1,500 police personnel and 80 officers who will be stationed in the vicinity of the stadium.
