Mumbai saw some good rainfall activity during the weekend with the city recording 187 mm of rains in two days. The city had seen intense rains after a long gap of almost dry weather conditions. The city has however not seen any rainfall in the past 24 hours.
For the next three to four days, Mumbai may continue to see weak Monsoon conditions with rains being on the lighter side. Only isolated pockets may see some moderate showers.
Thereafter, rains may revive again as another system is forming in the Bay of Bengal soon which will eventually move towards Madhya Pradesh and adjoining regions. Then, active Monsoon conditions will be see around Mumbai and Konkan wherein the Bollywood City will see some mdoerate showers on September 16.
Between September 17 and 18, city may see some heavy spells and possibly even three digit rain as well. Rains will again become moderate after that around the 19th.
