Santacruz recorded 9 mm and Colaba 2 mm rain in the last 24 hours. We do not expect any significant increase in rain activities over the city for at least the next 4 days.
The monsoon surge is expected to increase around July 31st. Chances of moderate showers over Mumbai and suburbs will increase around July 31st and may continue until August 3 or 4.
During that period, we do not expect very heavy downpour that may lead to waterlogging or flash floods. The weather will become comfortable and pleasant.
