During the month of December, the weather conditions in Mumbai remained mild. In fact, most of the time, the temperatures were settling above the normal levels. The residents did not get that wintry feel almost at all last year.

However, as we entered the new year, weather conditions witnessed a drastic change. Nights began to become cooler and days became pleasant over the commercial capital of the country. In fact, the minimum went down to a mere 11.6 degrees on January 12, which was the lowest in the last three years.

Now, weather conditions have once again become hot as temperatures have once again begun to soar. Both minimums and maximums are currently settling above the normal levels. At present, the maximum temperature is settling at 36 degree Celsius, which is seven degrees above the normal levels.

Not only this, the minimum temperature is also settling at least three degrees above the normal levels at 19.4 degree Celsius. As per weathermen at Skymet, the weather conditions are expected to remain the same during the next 24 hours.

While Chennai, Bengaluru, as well as Delhi are expected to witness rains this week, weather conditions will continue to remain dry with no possibility of rain in the coming days.
